• If you have downloaded, accessed, or used any part of the Divi Layouts library after subscribing.
• If the issue is related to your personal device, internet connection, or inability to properly use the Divi theme or our layouts.
• If you forget to cancel your subscription before renewal — we do not offer refunds for auto-renewed charges.
